Christmas Time

Entering the month of December

It's hard o think of anything 

But Christmas in the month.

Christmas is a time for joy

A time when peace and love run free

Celebrating the birth of Jesus.

But what have I done for Christmas?

Burying myself in assignments

Sleepless  nights with busyness

Tension building no time for laughter.

Is this month this is for

This day's for honour of our Lord's birth

I hope this is a time of glee

A time for us to get along.

On this day I want to give You praise

On this all Your special day

Without Your birth where would I be?
