Never goes with the tide

Did you ever have a moment when sadness enfolded you? You have no interest in everything and no matter how hard you try you just can’t a reason to be happy.

You hardly realise it by yourself when you are at this stage. Only when you look back at your recent FB status or your long lost friend wanted to know how you are doing when they read what you’ve posted. Then only you realise you are in a low state of mind.

Life is at the stage of slump.

Even when good news happen on you. You get promoted or got a raise, the happiness doesn’t last for long. Still you are sullen. A quote said, if an egg broken by an outside force, life ends. If an egg is broken by an inside force, life begins.

Happiness does not depend on what happens outside of you but what happens inside of you. If you can find the good of life even a leaf falls on your feet you will find this world is pleasant and amaze by the greatness of creator. But, if you are broody, winning first prize in lottery will only let your adrenaline goes up for few minutes.

Keeping yourself happy is not easy. Apparently you may hang out with friends. Literally, life is up and down.
